    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION OF TRANSFORMER:-


The following transformers are manufactured on the following system voltages:
6.6KV, 11KV, 13.8KV, 15KV, 20KV, 33KV at frequency 50 Hertz and 60 Hertz.
     INSPECTION AND TESTING:-
 


 All Transformers undergo stage-wise inspection and then complete routine tests by the inspection and Quality Control Department. In addition, Type Tests are carried out as per contractual conditions. Our testing & QC Department offers technical inspection to the client before delivery of the transformers and prepares a complete set of factory test reports before the dispatch of the transformers.

    GAS OPERATED (BUCHHOLZ) RELAY:-
The ever increasing demand for electrical energy goes together with the demand for more and more efficient and reliable protection devices for power distribution and supply facilities in the field of power supply, transformers represent key installations that demand effective protection to ensure the constant availability of electrical energy One of the most essential devices to protect a transformer is buchholz relay. for more than 20 yrs,buchholz relays have been manufactured in india,they are made by an experienced staff of skilled workers, highly qualified technicians and engineers.

Advantages:
o    castings treated against porosity through a special process
o    color of gas is easily visible for fault analysis.
o    built in test facility for checking continuity of both alarm and trip circuits.

Basic characteristics:
o    if gas is colorless & odorless,the gas is air trapped.
o    if gas is grayish in color & sharp, then it is due to overheated
o    if gas is yellowish in color, it is due to surface leakage on material like wood.

    TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ENERGY METER:-

•    SCOPE:
This specification covers the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, and testing of CT and VT operated microprocessor based energy meters. The meters shall be 3-Phase 4 wire 0.2s accuracy class Static Electronic Tri-vector energy meters with ABT compatibility.

•    SERVICE CONDITIONS:
The meters to be supplied against this specification shall be required to operate satisfactorily, accurately and continuously under the following tropical conditions of hot, humid, dusty, rust and fungus prone environment.

o    Min. ambient air temperature (0*C)
o    Average daily ambient air temp. (35*C)
o    Max. Relative Humidity (% ) upto 95 % RH non-condensing
