Dear Friends,
If you want to learn php programming, then you have to know some more extra things also, it is mendetory. Many people wants to learn php, and then they start learning php directly with php, but i tell you guyz if you want to learn PHP then you have to know some extra things also, without these 3 things you can't learn php very well. so better you follow my steps, definitely it will take some time, but its my surety you definitely learn PHP very well.
 
1. HTML:
This is mostly used for designing.you have to know some basics of html like:
How to Create table, html colors code, html font size, how to add images, add marque tag in site, headings, how to make frame, how to use form tag, make title, head section, html body tag & basic tags of html.
2. CSS:
This is also used for designing, in this designing tool. CSS provides some extra features from html. so if you learn CSS then you can design your site very well. Learn;
How to write css code, CSS Style, CSS Text, CSS Font, CSS Background, CSS Links, CSS Lists, CSS Display, CSS Layout Model, CSS Border, CSS Margin, CSS Padding, CSS Outline, CSS Align CSS Position CSS Element Size CSS Layer.

Now for designing if you learn above 2 things then it is enough for best designing. So for creating every site you need 3 things: 1. Designing 2. Development 3.Database.
So for designing you already learn HTML & CSS. Now time to learn development or coding. and for coding you need one editor, you can use Notepad++ Or Dreamweaver.
In this editor you are going to write code.
And the last thing if you are using database then my sql is one of the best database for PHP. so for this you download XAMPP OR WAMPP Server.
